White cabbage "Slava" F1.
Early hybrid resistant to bolting. Grown for late spring - early summer harvest. Used for fresh consumption. Seeds are sown directly into open field or seedlings are planted. Vegetation period is 75 days from planting the seedlings. Loafs are round, weight 0.9-1.2 kg. Seedlings are resistant to frost. Grow well in well fertilised, non-acid, moderate and light loamy soil.

SAUERKRAUT.
Ingredients.
Cabbage: 1 head
Apple cider vinegar: 4 tbsp. spoon
Bow: 1 piece
Bay leaf: to taste
Salt: to taste
Juniper berries: to taste
Cumin: to taste
Ground pepper (black, red): to taste
Vegetable oil for frying.
Preparation:
1. Shred the cabbage, add vinegar, salt, and place in a warm place under a weight to release the juice. Leave it overnight.
2. Finely chop the onion, fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil, add cabbage, bay leaf, dried juniper berries, cumin, pepper, and salt to taste.
3. When cooking cabbage, it is important that it is well cooked and browned, but not burnt.
